What happens after 30 September 2026?
Project Online and its data will no longer be accessible. Anything you have not exported or migrated before then is lost, so the safe window is now.
Will we lose any data?
No. We migrate the projects, project sites and data you need before the deadline, then validate everything before handover.
Do we have to move to the cloud or to Planner?
No. We move you to a local archive or a supported on-premises Project Server, so you keep control of your data on your own terms.
How long does it take?
Within a week from the time access and setup are complete. Larger or more complex estates are scoped during the free assessment.
Do you take our data outside our organisation?
